Managing late entries to a competition

Here is how to manage late entries to your competition:

Set up Flowstate user account

1. *CRITICAL STEP: **Entrants must have a Flowstate account set up *before they can be added to your competition.
2. Set up account via the competition page’s register for competition link, or via the Flowstate.zone homepage.

Adding late entries

1. Navigate to the Competition Dashboard → Registrations.
2. Use the "Manage Entrants" on the selected Division and search for the user on Flowstate and add them.
3. Remember to hit "Save Competitors" once you have added and removed entrants

Updating the heat draw

1. Navigate to Schedule.
2. Hit "Manage" in the selected round, for the specific division section they are competing in
3. Manage and drag the new surfer into a vacant slot in the desired heat.
