How to set up club admins

Here's how you can set up **club admins:**

Create a Flowstate user account

1. The Club Manager should create a user account at flowstate.zone.
2. Navigate to Flowstate homepage > Login/Join
3. Follow steps to create account.

Claim or Create your Club on Flowstate to become the Primary Admin for your Club

1. Navigate to flowstate.zone/clubs > click "Get started - set up your club".
2. Follow steps to Create or Claim your Club.
3. Your user account will become the Primary Admin account for your Club.

Add Secondary Admins

1. Additional committee members (Secondary Admins) must also create their own Flowstate profiles (following the steps above) before they can be added to the Club's admin portal.
2. Add Admins: Sidebar > General Info > Admins.
3. Search for Club’s committee members by their Flowstate registered email.
