How to set up your club on Flowstate

Here is how to create / register or claim your club on Flowstate

1. Navigate to flowstate.zone.
2. Login (or set up) your Flowstate user account.
3. Select "Clubs" from the main navigation (https://flowstate.zone/surf/clubs).
4. Click the "Get started - Set up your club" button.
5. Under the "Create your club", enter your Club's name.

Claim your Club (your Club already exists on Flowstate Clubs & Comps)

1. If your Club appears in the drop down menu, select "Claim it".

Register / Create your Club (set up your Club for the first time)

1. If your Club does not appear from the drop down list, continue to input your Club's details in the form.
2. Enter your Club name.
3. Confirm your preferred URL name for your club
4. Enter your Club's website.
5. Using the Map, select your Club's location.

Claim Sponsorship

1. Recommended step: Tick the box "Yes! Claim my sponsored Club Zone". This allows your club to bypass platform fees (saving $399 per event).

Handy Tip:

If the onboarding screen doesn't update after saving, click the Flowstate Logo (top left) → Select your Club Name from the dropdown at any time to refresh the admin view.
