How to edit or update the competition status

You can select from various competition status options

Here is how to set the status to "Registration Open" to accept registrations to your Competition:

1. Ensure you are logged in to your user account and set up as a Club Admin.
2. Navigate to your Club Zone, scroll down the left hand menu and click on your username.
3. Select "Club Admin" from the pop up screen.
4. In the Sidebar, navigate to Competitions and select your competition.
5. Go to the Status Dropdown (in the sidebar at the top) → Select Registration Open.

Starting a Heat:

1. Navigate to the Judge Console
2. A judge must click "Start Heat".
3. This automatically changes the overall competition status to Live.

Ending the Heat:

1. Heats end automatically when the timer reaches zero.
2. The Head Judge can extend a heat or end a heat early - to end a heat early, in the Judge Console, click "End Heat".
3. Once the heat ends, there is a period to finalise all scores.
4. Once all scores are entered, the Head Judge can finalise the heat by hitting "Complete Heat".
5. Once all heats and rounds are complete, the competition status changes to "Complete"
