Editing heat times and entrant details mid-competition

Here is how to edit heat times and entrant details mid-competition:

These adjustments allow for changing conditions or no-shows.

Navigate to Competition Dashboard → Schedule → Timeline View.

Adjust Heat Times

If you are shuffling heats around, simply drag and drop them to the correct spot
The system will make automatic adjustments to realign the schedule
If you want to manually override - hit the edit icon and then "Edit heat"
Make the manual overrides / adjustments and hit Save - if your manual changes create conflicts you may be presented with warnings.

Swapping Surfers or adjusting colours / ordering

Note: You cannot move a surfer or make changes to ordering / colours if their heat has already been marked as "Complete" or "Live." You must "Reset" the heat status first if a mistake was made.

If you've adding a new entrant: Navigate to Competition Dashboard → Registrations. Hit "Manage Entrants" on the division you are editing. Add the new surfer (make sure they are registered on Flowstate already and search by their username, or add them via email).
Once all the correct entrants have been setup in the division. Navigate to Competition Dashboard → Schedule → Heat Management
Open the division section you are editing and then select "Manage" on the round that you are editing heats for
Drag the competitors in or out of the relevant heat
Adjust colours and ordering if needed
Hit "Save Competitors"
