How to download clips from Flowstate

When to use: Use these steps when a user wants to download clips (especially clips older than 12 months).

To download from your desktop or mobile browser:

1. Navigate to your Zone.
2. Find sessions older than 12 months.
3. To download a session playlist: click the three dots (top right) and select Download all waves.
4. To download individual waves: click a video, then choose your preferred aspect ratio using the icons in the bottom left of the video.

To download from the Flowstate App:

1. Open the app.
2. Navigate to your Zone.
3. Under Latest Session, select View all.
4. Scroll to the session (for example, to find session playlists older than 12 months).
5. Tap the three dots (top right), then select Select save videos from playlist to camera roll.
6. Select the videos and aspect ratio(s) you’d like to download.
7. Tap Add to camera roll.
