Competition Name: Flowstate Pro Challenge

Promoter: Flowstate Zone PTY LTD

1. Eligibility

Open to residents of all countries, aged 18 years or older.

Employees of Flowstate Zone PTY LTD, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Competition Period

Opens: Thursday, 5 March 2026, 12:00 AM AEDT

Closes: Thursday, 30 April 2026, 11:59 PM AEST

All times referenced are in Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT). Entries received outside this period will not be eligible. The promoter reserves the right to amend or extend the promotion period.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must capture a surf session at a recognized beach using the Flowstate app’s mobile capture feature. 

Entrants without an active Flowstate Pro subscription will be automatically provided a 30-day free trial to capture their surf session. 

All clips must be captured using Flowstate Pro during the competition period to be valid.

Entries must be recorded at an ocean beach; clips filmed at artificial wave pools or other locations are not eligible for the competition.

Share your clip to Instagram during the Competition Period.

Tag @flowstate_zone in the post or Story.

Ensure your Instagram account is public at the time of posting and winner selection.

Entries count:

Story posts = 1 entry

Feed posts = 2 entries

Multiple entries allowed. Each post must be an original clip.

Free Entry Option:

No purchase is necessary to enter. All entrants are able to access Flowstate Pro for free with a 30 day free trial. Participants who do not wish to post to Instagram may request a free entry by emailing inthe@flowstate.zone during the Competition Period with their full name, residential country, and confirmation they are over 18.

A free entry will be counted as one (1) entry.

4. Prizes

Major Prize (1 winner):

iPhone 17 Pro

Tripod

12-month subscription to Flowstate Pro

Total prize value $2,340 AUD.

Runner-Up Prizes:

2x 12-month Flowstate Pro subscriptions

2x Tripods

2x Flowstate merchandise packs

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. The promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected from the top 20 eligible entrants based on number of valid entries.

Panel of Flowstate judges to select winner based on: wave size (25%), clarity of video ( 25%), creativity (50%).

The Promoter’s decision is final and binding.

Winners will be notified via Instagram DM by Friday, 1 May 2026.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days, they forfeit the prize and another winner may be selected.

California residents may request a copy of the winner’s name by contacting inthe@flowstate.zone within 30 days of the competition closing date.

6. Publicity & Consent

By entering, participants consent to the Promoter using their name, Instagram handle, and submitted content for promotional purposes.

Entrants retain copyright over their content but grant a non-exclusive license to Flowstate Zone PTY LTD for marketing and promotional use.

By submitting a clip, participants may be opted into marketing communications regarding Flowstate products and promotions. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

7. Privacy

Any personal information collected will be used only for the purpose of this competition.

For Australian entrants, data collection is governed by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

For California entrants, data collection is governed by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

No personal information will be sold to third parties.

8. General Conditions

The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other social media platform.

Participants agree to comply with Instagram’s terms of use.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, illegible, offensive, or do not comply with the T&Cs.

The Promoter is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries.

9. Australia-Specific Notes

No permit is required for this promotion, as a free entry method is available.

The promoter complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and guarantees prizes as described.

10. California-Specific Notes

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Void where prohibited by law.

Winners may request a list of winners within 30 days after the competition ends.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred in connection with entering the competition or using the prize.

Entrants participate at their own risk.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, except where local law applies (e.g., California entrants will have rights under California law).
